I really adored my time at this place. the staff showed constant kindness. Mert, sinan, ishak, and mustafa were particularly lovely. breakfast was delicious, with many good options i greatly enjoyed. the available facilities added a special, intimate touch to the experience.
The room felt a tiny bit small. There was very minimal space around the bed. this made it somewhat tricky to move around freely with our luggage. this is just a very slight issue.

the breakfast buffet included an assortment of fresh fruits, pastries and traditional turkish delights. fresh simit and olives paired with delicious cheeses created nice mornings. coffee and tea were readily available.

the staff was really helpful. mert, yasin and sinan was very kind. they helped me feel like i was home. breakfast had lots of options to eat.
the room's sound isolation wasn't good. the enclave had noise. the bathroom had a bad smell at night i didn't liked. the bed mattress felt old to me.

the breakfast included a diverse selection (especially the pastries!). the location proved convenient with easy access to public transport. The metro station is just a short walk away. i found the staff very kind. Mert and yasemin were particularly helpful .
the room service could be more attentive at times.
